polora.ai pricing : Credit packs from $10 to start instantly, or $10/mo Flat Rate with your own API keys. Multi-AI debates, AI comparison, document review.
The way you choose says a lot about how you'll use POLORA. Start light with credits, or commit to the pro setup.
Use right away, no API setup needed
Credits valid for a year from your last top-up, no monthly commitment
Pay only for what you actually use
Bring your own API keys, provider-direct with zero markup
No credit charges. Debate, chat with personas, and train them as much as you want
Stable when traffic spikes, since you're on your own pipe
Setup is a 5-minute paste job (trivial if you've used an API)
The more you debate or use personas, the more Flat Rate makes sense. Lighter models stretch credits further, and credits stay valid for a year from your last top-up as a fallback.
Credits stay valid for a year from your last top-up. Platform keys mean no API setup required.
*Shared platform keys can throttle during peak traffic. Flat Rate users skip the queue.
Prices exclude tax. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
If you use POLORA.AI often, or expect to, Flat Rate wins on cost and reliability. If you're still exploring or only use debates and personas occasionally, Credit Packs are the path of least resistance. No API setup, no monthly bill. The heavier your usage and the stronger the models you prefer, the sooner Flat Rate pays off.
Personal keys are encrypted at rest with industry-standard AES (Fernet AEAD, PBKDF2-SHA256, 100k iterations) before they ever touch the database. Keys are masked everywhere they're displayed and are never visible to staff. Session keys are stored in Redis with a 24-hour sliding TTL, scoped per-user.
Credit Packs share POLORA.AI's pooled provider keys with every other credit user. When traffic spikes, those pools can hit per-minute rate limits and slow down. Flat Rate users use their own provider quota for debates and personas. The queue is theirs alone.
It's a one-time task of about 5 minutes. Create an API key on each provider you want to use, then paste them into Settings > API Keys. If you've ever used an OpenAI or Anthropic API before, it's muscle memory. We have inline guides for first-timers too.
They stay in your account, valid for a year from your last top-up. With a subscription, your own keys handle most calls (no credits consumed); credits sit as a fallback for platform-key calls and stay untouched while you're on your own keys.
Yes. Cancel from account settings. The subscription stays active until the end of the billing period, no questions asked.
Credits stay valid for a year from your most recent top-up or gift, and we email you 30 days and 7 days before they expire. Accounts without a purchase in the last year can use economy models and are topped up to a small free balance each month.
Each reply is charged for the input and output it actually used, at that model's rate on Polora. So a short answer costs less than a long one. You see an estimate for any model in Settings > Models before you start, and every reply shows exactly what it cost.
